VACATION RENTAL RATES:
30-day minimum stay January thru December -
$1975/month Plus 10% Lodging Tax
$100 One time Cleaning fee
$500 Security Deposit prior to arrival - Security deposit will be refunded after inspection at end of rental agreement. Payment must be received 10 days after receipt of Rental Application.
