ACTIVITIES/ATTRACTIONS . This lovely Palm Coast condo is located on a quiet, tranquil beach south of Jacksonville on A1A and north of Daytona Beach. There are walking and biking trails surrounding the area and a state park is within walking distance. You can witness magnificant sunrises during early morning strolls down the beach. Located directly across the street is the intercoastal waterway where you can see spectacular sunsets. There is a dock on the intercoastal waterway available to our tenants who may wish to fish or kayak.

Palm Coast is known for its championship golf courses located within the community with the World Golf Village only minutes away.

Marineland is less than ten minutes away from the condo. It houses several dolphins and children are allowed in the pool to swim with the friendly dolphins. It would be a memorable experience for the entire family.

The historic St. Augustine is a major attraction in the area. Many people visit St. Augustine to drink the water in Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth. Others want see the oldest wooden school house in the USA. Some visitors just want to sit quietly in St. Augustine's Cathedral Basilica and marvel its long history. There are restaurants, shops, tours, museums for everyone to enjoy this great place
